We have done our best to display as accurately as possible the colors of the products shown on the Tzunun-design. web site. However, because the colors you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.

SHIPPING POLICY

RETURN POLICY:

You can return any unused items within 28 days of receipt by post, using the returns label on the back of your despatch note.Postage must be paid by the sender, and will not be refunded by Tzunun-design  (this does not affect your statutory rights).Returns must be sent with in the 28 days in a new and unused condition; otherwise we may retain the item(s), not refund them or refund at the current/last selling price.As soon as the returns are received at the warehouse, they will be credited and automatically refunded to the Credit Card used for the order; this should be with in 28 days.  Please note, however, that we do not refund money when choosing the wrong size. With each clothing item there is a table to help you find the right clothing size. So take a good look when choosing your size and if in doubt you can of course contact us.

Please note: all items on sale are final and can’t be returned or exchanged.
